You’re walking distance to the new Point Ruston Center offering panoramic views of Commencement Bay, Mt. Rainier, and the Olympic Mountains. With a five-star Silver Cloud hotel, dining options, boutique shops, movie theatre, a connecting trail to Point Defiance Park, and over 50 acres of open public space throughout, there is something here for everyone. The space You have your own private room, living room with coaches and a cozy/romantic gas fireplace and private bathroom. The property manager lives in a separate space upstairs. Guest access There is one other resident who lives in a sectioned off area of the house upstairs. During your stay I live close by and can usually be reached at all hours via phone/text/or email. Additionally another tenant lives onsite to help with anything you might need.
