Minutes from restaurants, a short drive to beaches, and new places to explore. (1 small dog allowed with $75 pet fee) The space The non smoking condo has: 1. 24 hr. security in a gated community 2. A fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials to prepare a family meal, just bring your groceries. A ceiling fan with light gives you comfort while cooking. 3.A coffee bar has a startup set of regular coffee, sugar and tea. Feel free to access our pantry and fridge for your basic condiments and a kit of laundry detergent, dryer sheets and trash bags. 4.The main balcony has ample sitting space to enjoy the views with a cold drink in hand, and when heading to the pool/beach you can grab one of our pool towels in the master rm basket and the cooler found in rm 2. 5. A large 55 inch TV with access to streaming apps and Disney +.The TV cabinet holds the board games, card games, and internet router (WIFI). 6.The 2 newly renovated bathrooms offer a choice of tub or shower. The master’s bathroom has a chair height toilet and rain shower with handheld sprayer for accessibility needs. The hallway bathroom also offers a handheld sprayer option.The bathrooms come with extra toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel. 7.All rooms have new AC units. Room 1 has a queen size bed and room 2 has a bunk bed with a full bed in the bottom and twin bed on the top. Both rooms have large closets with mirror doors to reflect the awesome views. The master bedroom offers a king bed, private balcony, working area and plenty of options to store your belongings. The hair dryer and extra floor fan are stored in the master room. There is a locked storage closet in this room for service employees only. 8. Upon request we have a play yard, portable baby chair with tray and a bath chair for adults with mobility issues. Guest access 1. Guests must register with security upon first coming into the property. Be aware that security patrols the complex and you might need to wait at certain times of day (contact us via the app for assistance). Parking passes will be given and must be displayed on the dashboard at all times. You will also receive the pool bracelets. 2. A registration form will be emailed to you after your confirmed booking. Please return it via email no later than 5 days prior to check in. Picture IDs for all adults in the group are required by the HOA with the registration. Only the people named in the registration will have access to the condo and facilities. The HOA has a no visitors policy for all short term rentals. 3. A door key code or lock box code will be sent on checking day that will give you access to the condo at 4 pm. 4. Guests are able to use all the facilities at Gazebo del Mar, the larger of the 2 pool/sport facilities near the entrance to the complex (basketball court, tennis court and playground) All other facilities are for title holders only. There is no access to facilities after check out. 5. The beach access is just a short walk from the entrance. Cross the street into the Punta Tuna Natural Reserve. The water is rough and you should be very careful, not recommended for swimming. The area is the nesting ground of the "tinglar" or sea turtle. We should respect all the marked nesting sites. A wonderful place for a walk or just sit and enjoy the salty ocean breeze with a good book. Other things to note El Yunque National Park requires visitors to make reservations. Please visit "recreation(dot)gov" and search tickets for el yunque. We are very proud of our rainforest and our work to protect it after the hurricanes. The water is spectacular. For a family friendly swimming beach visit Seven Seas, in the town of Fajardo. It is a short drive, has parking, bathrooms/showers and places to buy snacks.
