It is composed of 5 spacious rooms equipped with dressing rooms: - Ground floor: Master suite equipped with a queen size bed with bathroom (walk-in shower) and separate toilet and small sallon. - 1st floor: 1 bedroom with a Queen size bed and 1 bedroom with queen size bed and 1 person bed. - 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and a desk and 1 bedroom with a 1-person bed and a desk. The house has 2 other extra bathrooms one with washing machine. And 2 additional toilets. The large living room can accommodate up to 12 people on the large table and on the sofas and relaxing armchairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with wide induction hob, microwave, toaster, rotating heat oven, 2 fridge freezers, 2 coffee makers (filter and capsules), kettles... You will have fiber wifi in the whole house as well as a smart large screen TV. Outdoors: You can enjoy the covered terrace, the 7000 m2 lot with enclosed park for children ( slide, swing, cabin, sandpit...
