Come unwind at this family home🌴 The space Beaches to see are Indian Rocks beach just 7 minutes away, Clearwater Beach just 15 minutes away, Treasure Island beach around 20 minutes, Redington Beach around 17 minutes, Madeira beach around 15 minutes and Ana Maria Island which is so beautiful to visit is around an hour. Now enough about the beaches Tampa & St. Pete are about a half hour away to some of the cities best restaurants and night life! There’s so much activities to do and see! What I love about my property is it’s on a dead end street with not so much traffic and the backyard is like its own oasis! Lounge back there and listen to your favorite music with a nice cold drink or drink your coffee in the morning enjoying your stay. Just added a brand new inground pool & spa to relax & unwind! We also added an outdoor shower you can use when coming back from the beach to get all that sand off of you & for those that enjoy showering outdoors feeling tropical! Nice seating area back there with your feet hitting the shells & perfect little dining area to sit at as well. You will not be disappointed with your stay, relax, unwind and feel at home 🏡 Guest access The whole house is yours. The parts locked up is the garage & shed. Other things to note Make sure you rent a car to get to the beautiful beaches and great destination spots.
