The private master suite has a king-sized bed with attached bath, his/hers sinks, large shower, and a jetted soaking tub. There are two additional guest rooms - one with a queen bed and the other with a twin over full bunk set with twin trundle, both with hallway access to the guest bathroom with bathtub. The interior stairwell is well lit and secure. There is a parking in the parking garage located underneath the building, access is through the alley way between the ice rink and the building. Clearance is for small SUVs and cars only. There is another lot for truck and trailer parking down the street towards Albertsons, simply follow the street until it ends and becomes a parking lot, this lot is not always available (especially in winter months). Guests are responsible for reading street signs and parking accordingly. Please be aware, there is absolutely NO STREET PARKING overnight in winter months. There is also street-level, public parking around the unit but PLEASE NOTE that there is no overnight street parking allowed in the winter – guest vehicles parked overnight on the street during winter months will be towed – please park in the parking garage. A public boat and trailer parking lot is located across from the Mile High Marina for guests with trailers. The hallway accessed guest bathroom does NOT have a shower, only a bathtub. This home is equipped with a smaller water heater and may not be able to heat up quickly for larger groups (more than 4). Please be conservative while showering to ensure hot water for your group. This is a NO PET property. If you need a rental that accommodates pets, please reach out to us and we would be happy to provide you with alternative property options. This home has a two-night minimum stay, but some date ranges require a 3- or 4-night stay. Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space. All of our properties have self-check in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival. Parties and events are NOT allowed at this property. Check in is any time after 4PM. Check out is at 10AM. The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period. This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.
