The space This beautiful Victorian home was built in 1910 and still boasts ALL of her charm! From the original Hardwood floors - the crown molding - the stained glass – pocket doors.. The original details are there for you to enjoy! The spacious main floor begs to host you and your family during your trip to Cape Girardeau. Living room has three large windows that let natural light in, where it bounces off the wall of mirrors above the oversized comfortable sofa. Opened pocket doors lead you into the parlor where a RokuTV is located along with a bar and fireplace, perfect for entertaining. We also have books, board games, and a poker table! Walk out of the parlor into the dining room where there is a large table with seating for six. The kitchen has all full-sized appliances, including a dishwasher. We provide a Keurig K-Duo for you to use along with coffee grounds and an assortment of k-pods. Not a coffee drinker? We provide tea bags as well! The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and utensils if you would like to cook at home. Off the Kitchen is the laundry room with a private washer and dryer for you to use. There’s also a half bath on the main floor. All Bedrooms are located upstairs and take on different personalities of their own! Each has dressers/closet space with hangers for those looking for longer stays. Full Bathroom upstairs has a clawfoot tub/shower combo with beautiful handheld showerhead. The private fenced back yard has a ton of room to host you and your guests! Offering a shaded area with a table and seating. Along with 6 Adirondack chairs to cozy up next to the fire pit on those chilly nights! Street Parking Only. Guest access Guests have access to the home and private backyard. Guest will not have access to one unfinished bedroom, the attic, or the back staircase. Other things to note No Smoking. No pets or parties allowed.
