Mr. Wisdom became Paducah’s first millionaire at about the time the house was constructed. The house is on the national register of historic places, and is the last house on Paducah’s lower town historic homes tour. The space A large high ceiling living room with lots of places to sit. A formal dining room which seats 8. A large kitchen with a breakfast table and four chairs. Utility room with washer and dryer. The entertainment room has two steps down, so please be careful. 2 chairs in the entertainment room with a new 60” TV. A large bedroom with a gas log fireplace and access to the private fenced in backyard. The bed is a queen. The second bedroom is upstairs and to the right. It has a full size bed. The bathroom is adjacent to the entertainment room, and it has a walk-in shower with 4 shower heads. Guest access The guests will have access to all the spaces for the unit on the right side. Those spaces are not shared by anyone else. Parking is on the street in front of the house, and there will be a hidden key for the guests when they arrive.
