HOUSE RULES The maximum number of authorized people is 3 people, if you would like you can apply for a "fisherman" room rental for €25/day for more details please contact the owner. *Please no external visitors. PARTY,NOISE & ANY OFFENSE. - Absolutely no parties!! Excessive noise or violations of the terms of this agreement will be a reason for immediate termination of the occupancy. DAMAGE, LOST KEYS. You accept responsibility for any damages caused during your stay If you accidentally break anything in the apartment during your stay pleaselet us know as soon as possible. If you lose a key,the host will arrange a locksmith to change the locks at your expense, which could reach 100 euros. IMPORTANT!! - Failure to follow house rules will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction.
