The space Sabali features 4 rooms with luxurious king-sized beds and the 5th room offers a versatile bunk bed setup, perfect for friends traveling together, children, or solo adventurers. The house seamlessly blends modern design with a rustic charm. Its vibrant hues and thoughtful architecture offer guests multiple relaxation spots, both indoors and out. Spanning three levels, our main building dedicates its entire top floor to a breezy lounge, ideal for relaxation, co-working, or yoga sessions. Step outside, and you're greeted by a meticulously curated garden, home to a plethora of tropical trees, blooming flowers, various fruit trees such as passionfruits, avocados and over 20 papaya trees. And for those who seek tranquility, each room offers captivating views of our pool and lush garden. Each room is thoughtfully equipped with air conditioning and a ceiling fan ensuring comfort. Getting Here: Sabali is located in Jambiani, approximately an hour drive (45 km/28 miles) from Stone Town and Zanzibar Airport. The most budget-friendly transport option is the Daladala (nr. 309) from Stone Town, though it can be crowded and take over 2 hours. For convenience, we offer an airport shuttle service at USD 40, a saving compared to the usual USD 50 rate. Please let us know if you need the shuttle service. If you have already organized transportation, please instruct your driver to head towards Jambiani, pass the local Gas Station (Shelli), about 500 m after the station see our sign on the road and turn left at Mwinyi Wa Gogo street towards the beach, there you find us. Arrival in Zanzibar: You can arrive via Karume International Airport or by ferry from Dar es Salaam. Check the Tanzanian immigration website for visa-on-arrival details, which typically cost USD 50, varying by country. Local Insights: * Dress conservatively when off the beach and in the Village. * Greet with a smile and a "Jambo." * Seek permission before photographing locals. Weather Tips: * Light, breathable clothing is ideal. * Bring sun protection and a light jacket for evenings. Money, ATM, Cards : Tanzanian Shillings is the local currency.
