Super-fast WiFi with guest access. Peaceful reading nook and laundry next to bedroom. This is a single family home where Chad & David live full-time with their friendly dogs Milton & Frisco. Chad generally works from home and David is in and out as he is a full-time Realtor. 420 friendly. Guest access Guests will have access to the following areas of the house: private bedroom, private bathroom, laundry room, reading nook, living room, dining room, kitchen, backyard oasis, heated pool from May to September, front porch, and Zen room (ask about booking a massage) During your stay We live at the house full-time and are available for questions and needs. Other things to note We offer massage therapy at the house with local massage therapists. We have a professional massage table available in our Zen room. The earlier you book, the better the chance of a therapist will be available. If you would like to book, send us a message with a day and time frame you would like, and we will do the best we can to coordinate and schedule a time for you to have a wonderful treatment. The fee varies depending on which therapist is available and it can be paid through the Airbnb app. If you are in need of a second guest room, please message us as we may be able to accommodate you depending on the days. An additional fee would apply. Our two dogs who are very friendly...Milton and Frisco do not shed. One is a Cockapoo and the other is a Poodle-mix.
