The space The cottage is located on Big Island Pond, surrounded by the towns of Derry, Hampstead and Atkinson, New Hampshire. It is a welcoming space decorated as if it should be in an LL Bean catalog. In addition to the inside bath, it even has an outdoor shower. Swimming, kayaking, paddle board, fishing, boating, autumn foliage, snowmobile all right from the cottage. The mattresses were all purchased in 2023 and have mattress covers on them. Should there ever be an issue, we replace the covers. Clean linens are placed in the house for ever check in. The kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need to cook including basic spices. There are three restaurants in the general area and two convenience stores. Tons of restaurants and stores within 10-15 minutes. If you get in too late, there are always a couple snacks in the kitchen. Guest access Key is in lock box mounted next to the side door. The code will be the last four digits of your cell. Other things to note Drinking Water – drink only the bottled water in the kitchen. Lake Water – the water for the sinks, showers, toilets and laundry is filtered lake water. During the summer it may have a light brownish tint. Be assured, it washes dishes, clothing and flushes toilets just fine. ;)
