Relax and enjoy your time in this cozy 1 bedroom 5th wheel. Enjoy all the amenities of an apartment such as a full kitchen, comfy queen sized bed and 2 TVs. The unit has dedicated WiFi. Our trailer has carport parking and yard space, a gas grill and fire pit. If you are booking with a pet, please let me know in your reservation. We do have 4 dogs on the property. Pets must be leashed at all times. The space You get the entire unit to yourself for the cost of renting a room in a shared house. Guest access This trailer has two dedicated carport parking spots. It has a small deck and yard space. The yard contains a fire pit. Other things to note Clean sanitary conditions are a priority for me as a host. The bedding - you will have a down comforter that is encased in a waterproof comforter protector. The comforter is then inserted into a duvet. The mattress has a waterproof mattress cover. The pillows also are in waterproof pillow protectors. After each guest, all protectors and bed linens including the duvet and shams are washed with bleach. All towels and kitchen linens are also washed in bleach. All hard surfaces are cleaned with a disinfectant and all soft surfaces are sprayed with a disinfectant.
