All we ask is that you put used towels in the tubs and sink and generally tidy up. That's it! Security: A Ring security camera is outside next to the property's front door which records audio and video. There are NO cameras or audio devices inside the property that record audio or video. Guest access You will receive check-in instructions within 24 hours of the beginning of your check-in date. The passcodes to your apartment will be temporary and only valid during the duration of your visit. A separate rental agreement must be signed before gaining access to the property per local regulations. Other things to note Per local regulations, a separate rental agreement must be completed before being allowed to enter and rent the unit. Upon booking you will receive a link to sign the agreement. Trash and Recycling Trash pickup occurs once each week on Thursday mornings. Recycling (the green bin) is every two weeks. Please take the trash bins located at the side of the house each Wednesday evening and put them back by the following evening. Garage space The garage space is for your car to park but other guests have the right to store some of their personal belongings there as needed. Maintenance You and the guests on the top floor are responsible for clearing the driveways and sidewalks within 24 hours of a snowfall. An electric snow plow and salt are available for you at no extra cost. Pest Control Routine sprays occur once every three months. Upon staying you agree to the understanding that this region of the world has a lot of pests, especially spiders, and we can't control every single one. However, if a pest is on the property, please message us and we will contact the pest control team to deal with the matter as soon as possible.
