Enjoy uninterrupted views of Davis Lake through huge windows, warm up by the wood stove, take a dip from the dock, unwind in the hot tub, and gather around the natural stone fire pit. The kabin, with its luxurious aesthetic is perfect for couples, friends or small families seeking the finer yet simple things in life. The perfect escape to relax and disconnect. Explore nearby attractions like local farmers' markets, hiking trails, and a charming ice cream shop. Features and Amenities: Lake access : We are a few steps away from the lake with a road in between the cabin and lake. This is not a main road and is used by local traffic only. Guests can access our dock from the front of the Kabin using the sloped stone pathway or Ewles drive. Our dock is a few steps down into the few water. Indoors : Enjoy the heated flooring in the main bathroom, new appliances such as the retro Iio fridge, and a Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy a restful sleep, with our sumptuous sheet collection and Endy mattress. Outdoors: Step outside to enjoy the hot tub complete with hydrotherapy jets and a salt water system. Grill delicious meals on the BBQ, unwind by the natural stone fire pit and access the dock via steep pathway across the road to the clean waters of Davis Lake - Outdoor Adventures: Experience the natural forestry and lake where activities like ice fishing, swimming, snow shoeing and exploring the surrounding woods await. For those seeking a bit more thrill, boating and ATVing are nearby. - Comfort and Convenience: Each of our two bedrooms is equipped with AC/Heat and USB charging ports for your convenience. AC/Heat controls are located on the walls, with detailed instructions available in our welcome book. Linens are provided and meticulously washed after each stay. Extra Guests and Furry Friends: We welcome up to 2 extra guests with prior permission for a small fee ($100/person). And don't forget your furry companions – pets are also more than welcome for a small fee of well $100). Access and Parking: Your journey to relaxation begins on the wide, municipally maintained access road, leading to our Kabin's short private road. While the road may have a steep incline and rough terrain, there is ample parking upon arrival. Please take care when navigating the road, staying to the left of any exposed rock for a smooth entrance to your woodland escape. Guest access Guests will have full access of the main floor and the entire outdoor property with exception of the red shed and bunkie. There is also no access to closets and loft area. ALL guests MUST agree and adhere to the hot tub waiver prior and agree to follow ALL house rules prior to booking. Other things to note PROVIDED: Almost everything you'll need, including: bedding, towels, kitchen pans/pots, utensils, dishes, soap Coffee maker, Keruig, pantry items like salt and pepper and some condiments. BBQ with propane. BRING: Food, water, firewood, weather appropriate clothing, slippers in the winter for indoor use as the floors do get cold, your preferred footwear for hot tub use. Please bring firewood for the wood stove. Lake access : Please note, we are a few steps away from the lake with a road in between the cabin and lake. This is not a main road and is used by local traffic only. At this time, there are a few wooden steps down to the dock. Guests can access our dock from the front of the Kabin using the sloped pathway. Internet : While we do have WIFI/ satellite internet, given the remoteness of our area and our location, speed and internet connectivity can vary from day to day and at times be limited. Rogers and Bell towers are nearby and offer great data coverage/steady streaming should you want to remain connected, browse the web or watch your favourite shows from the comfort of the Kabin.
