Guest access When rented as a single unit, upstairs or downstairs, guests will have access to the parking area (3 cars/suite), laundry room, rec room, decks/bbq/outdoor propane fireplace area, grounds, bonfire metal pit, kayaks, rowboat, canoe. Other things to note The rental is for the contracted number of guests only. Under no circumstances can a guest bring or invite others to our Lakehouse during their stay without my prior permission and an agreed upon additional fee.
