If you would like this as an option, we have a 2024 Club Car 6 seater golf cart that is available for an additional $175 per week or $100 per night if staying 2 nights or less. (you cannot beat this deal!) -Must be 21 years old or older to drive it -Children must not drive this vehicle * Absolutely no Boat and Trailer parking in the neighborhood * Driveway can accommodate up to 4 regular sized cars or 2 trucks. * Security Cameras provide visibility around the perimeter of the exterior of the house Areas of interest: * Port St Joe has many boutique shops and some great dining options! This is a must do! * Cape San Blas offers a state park with one of the most pristine and gorgeous beaches you'll ever see. * Apalachicola is a historic town with lots of great shopping and dining along with a few breweries and lots of bars. You can kill a day here. * Mexico Beach is just a few miles West of PSJ. Great Beaches and fishing here. * Panama City and Panama City Beach are only about an hour West. You can enjoy beautiful sunsets almost every single night, here! If you fish, you can catch pinfish, blues, reds, catfish, trout and an occasional shark from the shore, as well. Please note that there are things that do not constitute a refund or cancellation: 1) Hurricane Season - Please recognize that hurricanes can occur in Florida. A refund or cancellation will only be allowed if there are mandatory evacuations. 2) Golf Cart - If the golf cart has an issue preventing its use that you did not cause and you PAID for its use, you will be refunded the cost of renting the cart. You will not be allowed to cancel or receive a refund on your reservation, however. 3) Pool - The pool is seasonally heated and children do swim in the pool during busy season. There may be times when the pool has to be serviced and is not accessible for a brief period of time. Please be patient. You will not be allowed to cancel your reservation because of this. Guest access Guests have the whole house to themselves and will be provided an access code a few days before check-in. Other things to note Doors are accessed with a key code that will be given a few days before check-in
