Our property has its own private beach with canoes, kayak, dock and an area to swim. Our expansive deck has panoramic views of Big Bass Lake. Inside we have two 85 inch TVs to entertain the who gang. We are close to all of the Pocono attractions. Other things to note Daily or weekly passes to enjoy community amenities can be purchased at the administration office (year-round) or the clubhouse (seasonal). Passes grant you access to the following: RECREATION CENTER - Indoor Pool (seasonal) - Dry Sauna - Treetop Lounge - Locker Rooms - Fitness Center - Sledding / Tubing Hills (seasonal) CLUBHOUSE - Outdoor Pool (Seasonal, Heated, with Lifeguard) - Splash Pad - Snack Bar - Activity Room - Full Basketball Court, 4 tennis courts, 4 pickleball courts, and a volleyball area. *Please note all sports courts are outdoors. Equipment is included in the amenity pass purchase. LARSEN LAKE is a short walk from the house, just .50 miles, and also offers a sandy beach, a roped-in swim area with a lifeguard, a picnic area, a playground, a bathhouse, and tennis and basketball courts. Just so you know, kayak rentals are NOT offered at this location, but we provide a 3-person canoe with paddles and lifejackets.
