Live like a ski town Colo local and book now to make awesome memories. The space The design and vibe of this property is inspired by nature and features colorful modern animal and plantscapes. With 1 queen-sized bed, it’s perfect for a single occupant or couple, with single level living so there are no stairs. It's a whole free standing guest house, JUST FOR YOU....there are no people to share space with, no shared walls or hosts, kids or guests living above or beneath you. It’s very private and quiet and it’s R&R at its finest! It’s equipped with a full kitchen, private bedroom, living area and kitchen bar to eat at. There is central heat and overhead fans. AC in the bedroom only. With a lot of windows, there is no shortage of sunlight. Floors are vinyl planks (distressed wood) and the bedroom is carpeted. Prepare your own meals; kitchen is stocked with everything you need including: dishwasher, oven/range, full-size fridge, microwave, all brand new/stainless steel. Coffee maker, cups, glasses, plates and bowls, flatware, pots/pans, crockpot, toaster. Counter top bar seats 2. People come here to take adventures and explore the amazing area! But if you do want to chill, the open living room has a small smart TV, sofa, coffee table, lounge chair, ottomans and side tables and overhead fan. The private bedroom offers a brand new queen size Nectar mattress (made of premium high density memory foam layers), AC (lowest temp of 70 degrees), high ceilings, 2 nightstands, overhead fan, and closet. Bathroom has a sparkling clean modern look and bath/shower. Soft towels and bathroom essentials are provided. For 14+ day stays the cleaning fee is $125. You will need to pay an additional $40 up front. For 28+ day stays the cleaning fee is $150. You will need to pay an additional $65 up front. Please inquire about security deposit, laundry, housecleaning, snow/trash removal. Lease is required. The Guest House has it's own designated parking space and outside area with table and chairs for two and a 6ft. privacy fence. In spring, summer and fall, sip morning coffee or eat al fresco enjoying fresh mountain air, you may even see some deer. Newly installed AC unit in bedroom!!! This property also has 2 overhead fans and 1 vacillating floor fan for cooling in the living room and kitchen. No pets, please do not ask. 2 guest maximum, please do not ask for more. The sofa is not a pull out or for sleeping. Wifi is available and a SmartTV with access to many apps. You can sign in under your subscription to Netflix, Hulu, and more. Service and ES animals- I am highly allergic to most animals so, out of respect, I kindly ask that you do not bring any shedding animals with dander to this property. At no point during your stay can any animal be unattended on the property or be on the furniture. A starter set of supplies like toilet paper, Kleenex, paper towels, etc. is provided. For longer stays, guests should provide their own. Extras: Please message host to request any of the below: -Garbage removal -Full cleaning mid stay: $50 per hour, need advance notice -If something is broken. Guest access 1 parking spot is available for registered guests. Other things to note -Check-in time is 4PM- 8PM -Check out by 11AM -Self check-in with keypad -Quiet hours after 9pm -No more than 1 vehicle allowed on the premises -AC is not to be set below 70 degrees. Violation of pet rules fees start at $350. -No smoking (of any kind) inside the unit or outside on the premises: Smoking fee starts at $350. -Misuse/overuse of AC fees start at $50. -Lost remote controls fee starts at $100.
