The 3rd floor loft/bedroom has its own mini split AC air conditioner. ➥ We require a copy of a valid government issued ID to verify the identity of the renter and the complete list of guests’ names before entry. Other things to note ➥ Our property has devices for the safety and security of guests and the home. Any attempt to turn off, damage, disrupt or remove these devices will lead to fines and/or eviction without a refund. Security cameras on property by 3 entrance doors. These Ring doorbells and cameras are monitoring the outside of the property only. ➥ Beach Safety: Text 888777 BEACHES to receive regular updates on the lake conditions. The fines have increased to $1,000 for violating red flag warning. ➥ Obtaining travel insurance is highly recommended during this unusual time. Our cancellation policy: "Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in."
