Our one bedroom, one bath apartment is in a quiet neighborhood on street level with private drive and very conveniently located within walking distance to bank, grocery, pharmacy, local tavern and excellent cafe. It has two wide comfortable couches for sleeping in the living room. One is a queen pull-out with a memory foam mattress available if desired. There is a gas fireplace for cold days as well as a heat exchanger for any desired room temperature. The kitchen is large and fully equipped. Shared laundry facilities with washer and dryer are available. The back deck reaches out into tree tops and is very nice for outdoor barbecuing on a charcoal kettle grill. The house reaches into the top of a large oak tree as the house is located on a small banked hill looking out over a green space behind the home. Pets are allowed only with my pre-approval and there is a $15/night pet fee which is not included with Air B&B charges and will be collected upon arrival. Included in home are: Washer and Dryer Dishwasher, Microwave, blender, etc. 40 inch TV in living room Smaller TV in bedroom High speed internet Outdoor BBQ Hair dryer Pull Out Sofa in Living room Wide comfortable 2nd sofa for sleeping Some pets allowed with approval and and extra $15/night. Guest access Full and private use of the upstairs street level apartment including upstairs front deck and yard, back deck, living area, kitchen, bath. Pets need to be pre-approved and there is a $15/night pet fee. There is also an extra $50 refundable pet cleaning deposit. These are collected by the owner upon arrival. The laundry room and driveway is shared with owner in downstairs apartment. Other things to note There are a lot of deer in the neighborhood. They wander through the front yard almost daily. You must keep your pet leashed when out front in order to keep from chasing the deer.
