The property is located in a quiet residential area, 5 minutes walk from the sea, facing Ile Rousse. By the pleasant and shaded coastal path, you can access the various creeks and beaches of the calanques. Pebble or sandy beaches. The beaches of l'Anglaise and Capelan, the closest, are mainly frequented by locals. The superb bay of Rénecros (fine sandy beach) is a quarter of an hour's walk away, still along the coastal path. This path promises memorable walks or jogs through colourful and contrasting Mediterranean landscapes (the green of the pine trees and the blue of the sea and sky).
