On the first floor is a spacious open concept living room/, dining room, fully equipped modern kitchen and a half bath. On the second floor is another living room, a terrace with another seating area for our guest to enjoy relaxing while sipping coffee and/or commuting with nature. This level also includes 3 large bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom and hot and cold shower. Two bedrooms are furnished with queen beds and tv's, and 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds, and all with air conditioners. Wardrobe and dresser are also provided in each room. JimmyDi Sweet Home is located within the compound together with my other listed property for stay. Each have their own private entrances and spaces however the guest it is possible to meet and live with people in the yards or parking area and also shares the use of the pool intended only for all registered guest in the vicinity. Other things to note JimmyDi is located within the compound together with my other listed property for stay. Also there is a share pool for all registered guests inside the compound. The pool open from 8am and closes at 10:00 in the evening. It's a quite time for everybody . There is a BBQ grill , but the guest needs to have their own charcoal if they want to use it. HOUSE RULES: 🔵Royal pool and cottages-it’s a shared pool area for all registered guest . Guest are not allowed to occupied the area privately like party, picnic and get together . Eating and drinking is prohibited by the pool or in the cottages. This is a share area design only to use by the guest in chilling, resting and relaxation while swimming. Personal agenda like Eating , drinking should be done in the property that was booked by the guest . 🔵Invitation- Guest is not encourage to invite visitor for chat, dining in or swimming (short or long hour) we don’t want to much people around in the premises to protect other guest privacy and we only charge those guest that are registered upon booking. However guest can still coordinate with the host on guest expected arrival. ❌Party and Event is not allowed for regular staycation rate. Guest needs to book the place for an event rate in advance so the pool should be blocked as private use . We don’t accept instant private party or event booking. Guest in the different unit are also needs to be informed for courtesy and schedule also for the host to make arrangement with the other guest. There is a 1,000 security deposit for event. 🔵Visitor - invited visitor that will stay and sleep is 450php per head, 100 per head for adult to stay and swim and 50 php for kid above 3 years old up to 5 hours stay and swim only. The pool is still pool not private . Total invited visitor is max for 10 snd If more than 10 visitors that will use the pool, it’s required to booked the pool privately. Arrangement can be made such as time, number of guest and additional charge and should be made prior to arrival. 🔵karaoke/videoke - we have a coin box karaoke that is available to use just ask the host for assistance .
