Check in is at the front registration desk. They will be on hand 24/7 and issue your room keys and parking permit. The reservation will be under your name You will be issued one parking permit..however additional cars can be parked for a charge at the Newport Transportation center behind the resort..or there is Caseys Marina across the street that does overnight for a little less. Overnight street parking is free too.. Once there you are able to walk to all your downtown shops and restaurants. Pedi cabs are throughout the downtown and they dont charge a fee..they just work for tips. PLEASE NOTE:The person that books through Air BNB is the name on the reservation and authorized person to check in at the front desk unless you notify me within one hour of an accepted booking. Any guest name changes require a fee of $129.00 PLEASE NOTE: • The Wyndham resort requires a minimum age to rent of 21. • A credit card deposit (swipe) will be required at check in for a damage deposit • Customer agrees to accept the unit assigned by Wyndham Front Desk Staff and acknowledges that furnishings and unit view may differ slightly from photos Wyndham staff will greet you in the lobby/ Registration area and check you in and out and give you helpful information about activities and attractions in the area. You can pre-register if you arrive early. and they will take your cell number and call you when the room is ready. You will be given a parking permit for 1 car per unit. . You can store luggage onsite if you arrive before check in. If you do have an additional car, there is the Newport Gateway Transportation Center located behind the resort that does overnight parking for a fee, or Caseys Marina across the way also does overnights.
