We purchased this House in January of 2021 and immediately began renovations to transform it into our “Vacation House” / 2nd Home because we enjoy spending our free time on the River and we also enjoy everything that South Williamsport has to offer as well like The River Walk, The Little League World Series, JP’s Bar and Grill, The Hiawatha Paddlewheel Riverboat, the Beautiful Susquehanna River, the Susquehanna State Park, Local Winery’s, Shopping, Precision Style - Salon, The Scenic Overlook (especially at night the lights of the Susquehanna Valley are truly a sight to see) Speaking of lights, another Amazing show of lights is the famous “Candy Cane Lane” if you’re visiting our home anytime between Thanksgiving and New Years you’ve gotta check it out! Visiting Candy Cane Lane has become a Yearly Tradition in our Family and we think that you will enjoy it as well. We are looking forward to Hosting you! Airbnb has a zero tolerance policy in regards to Unauthorized/Unregistered Guests for a reason. Guests found in violation of this policy will be Billed/Charged Separately thru the Airbnb platform. Rates for unauthorized/unregistered guests will be Doubled from what they would have been had you been Honest & made arrangements from the beginning prior to your stay if your unauthorized guests are found to be obnoxious, loud, disorderly the surcharge could be equal to the amount of your stay & per unauthorized guest. Authorized Guests are the guests you accounted for when making your reservation. Unauthorized Guests are the ones you allowed on the property after the Reservation has been made. Honesty is always the Best Policy. Being Dishonest doesn't make us feel very comfortable about sharing our home with you because what else are you being or going to be dishonest about? As a Short Term Rental Host I am Trusting you with my Home, My Reputation in the Community, My Business License, My Livelihood ... etc. Trust doesn't go very far without Honesty.
