The space Welcome to our cozy family home, where Cape Cod charm meets modern comfort. Nestled in a tranquil suburban neighborhood, our updated retreat invites you to experience the warmth and character of a lovingly maintained home. Our house has been updated over the years to offer modern amenities while preserving the original features that make it special. You'll find delight in the quaint details, from the charming architecture to the occasional squeaky floorboard and thin walls that speak to its history. The space includes: Master Bedroom: Featuring a king-size bed and a TV with Firestick (no updates done to this room as of September 2024). Guest Room 1 (Kids Room): Equipped with a queen-size bed, TV, and Firestick (no updates). Guest Room 2 (Girls/Kids Room): Currently has two full-size beds, TV, Firestick, mini fridge, and its own bathroom. This room will be updated in October 2024 to include two additional twin beds, allowing us to host more guests. Washer and dryer will be included in early November 2024. Additional Amenities: Updated shared bathroom: Located on the main floor. Fully equipped kitchen: Perfect for preparing meals. Cozy living area: Featuring a TV for your entertainment. Fully fenced backyard: Perfect for kids and pets to play safely. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the porch or take a peaceful stroll through our friendly neighborhood. Please note, this is our family home and not a business, so we kindly ask you to treat it with the care and respect it deserves. We look forward to welcoming you and sharing the unique charm of our beloved home. Guest access We are a keyless entry home to help ease the entry for all our guest. I provide all access codes an hour prior to each reservation to ensure safety at all times. Other things to note Laundry area is located on the second floor of the home (currently being updated - out of service at this moment).
