Relax with your family or close group of friends at this peaceful place. The cabin is centrally located with the Mt. Baker Wilderness one hour to the east and beautiful Bellingham Bay or Birch Bay thirty minutes to the west. There is an organic blueberry farm right down the road where you can enjoy blueberry picking throughout the summer. Bring your bikes, skis, or kayaks for local adventures! Relax in the hot tub at the end of your day. The space Situated on five acres, the cabin comes with a fully equipped kitchen, sitting room that overlooks the foothills, a large living room with a gas fireplace, a piano and a 55" Samsung TV. The house has three spacious bedrooms and one lofted, very large king bedroom. The cabin sleeps ten very comfortably. The spacious deck has a hot tub for about six people, a large outdoor table for gathering and dining. The yard includes a fire pit and plenty of space to run around. In the mornings you will often see a family of deer and at night you will hear the neighborhood owl singing. Guest access The entire house is available for use including a fire pit and a propane BBQ on the deck. You can also walk to the back five acres and admire the Hobbit House. Make yourself at home and enjoy a private getaway. Other things to note Owners occupy an adjacent garage/apartment. It is set off to the side and will not intrude on your privacy. The owners are often out of town. We would be happy to accommodate pets under certain circumstances, please reach out to us if you would like to add a pet to the reservation.
