Other things to note The Penthouse Apartment is on the second floor with a completely private entrance and stairway (on the first floor is professional office space). The spacious apartment includes a full kitchen with an apartment size stove and dishwasher, a roomy comfortable living room with a dedicated workspace and two large bedrooms. There is a queen bed in the first bedroom and a king bed in the second bedroom. Retaining much of the charm of the era, the bathroom includes the original clawfoot tub/shower.
