Spread out in this lovely country house close to Main St. in Fredericksburg. Quiet country setting with lovely treed view from living room / kitchen. This home has 3 large bedrooms, full kitchen, laundry and a spacious back patio with pergola and hanging chairs plus a bbq. Great for a family or group of friends to hang out after a fun day of wine tasting or enjoying the sights of Fredericksburg. Sleeps 8 comfortably and 10 with pullouts. (Absolutely no smoking of any kind anywhere on property) Guest access Guests can enjoy the backyard, patio, grilling area and sitting area by the pergola. There is a shared space outside under the carport (in the driveway) that contains a storage area that we may need to access from time to time during a guest’s stay. It is not viewable from most of the house, and it does not disturb guests inside the house. (Please do not explore the wine barrel cabins and respect the privacy of our other guests there)
