This studio is located 1/2 mile on fairly steep grade dirt road well maintained but can be tricky in snowfall. ** Note: we have 3 friendly lab dogs in the adjacent property. Jovi, a sweet older chocolate, is able to roam freely. Mookie and Rona (yellow siblings) have wireless fence collars and will remain within our home boundaries.
