Minutes from downtown Adams and Pittsfield. A half hour to MASS MoCA (North Adams) or Zoar zip line (Charlemont) . The winter has cross country skiing and snowmobiling right out the front door. Skiing-Berkshire East 30 min., Jiminy Peak 40 min. The space Guests will have the first and second floors of the house as pictured. It is a self sufficient space with all the amenities shown and listed. The owner resides on property in the large side of the home and is available to assist you should you require something. Guest access During winter stays, guests are strongly encouraged to have 4-wheel drive vehicle with winter tires (not all-season). The home is in a rural 'hilltown' setting on dirt/gravel roadway and a driveway with an incline. In winter, driveway will be snow covered. Parking at the end of the covered porch for easy access to front door. Parking for 2 cars. Other things to note There is cell service primarily for AT&T customers. Other service providers have limited service in our hill town location. An antenna has been added to the home to capture and bring in cell signal from the nearest tower. There is no internet/Wi-fi service provided.
