There are 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms. The house can comfortably fit 10 people and 15 is the maximum number of people we allow. Three queen-sized beds, one sofa, and one foldable bed. Space would be most comfortable for groups of up to 10 (4 Queen, 1 Sofa, and 1 foldable) but if you are willing to, space can accommodate up to 15 people. The main floor has three bedrooms and two baths, the lower floor has a single suite room with an attached bathroom separated by keyed doors. A few additional details-- unique to some Airbnb listings, you will find zero clutter and super clean. There are 7 - completely empty closets - in each of the bedrooms for all your things; the fridge is sparkling and empty (except for some condiments) and kitchen cabinets are entirely cleared - with the exception of provided dishes and silverware. We also have a Keurig, and all the free coffee you could want/need! In addition to the driveway Plentiful/free/unrestricted street parking is available. Samsung washer and dryer included in laundry closet of the hallway. This home also has a 300 square foot deck on the left of the home, with a grill, table, and chairs. Perfect for unwinding and relaxing after a long day touring the city! This is located 8 min walk from Metro-North Station to New York City, and a one-seat ride to everything that the city has to offer! we will do everything in our power to make your stay wonderful, and am happy to accommodate any special requests!
