Protected by Italy's Ministry of Cultural Heritage & Tourism, it offers two spacious bedrooms, one with lg dbl bed and the second with twins (or combined to form matrimonial) trolley bed also available. 2 full bathrooms, kitchen and other exquisitely furnished rooms. Garden walking path takes you to a large shared pool with panoramic views. The Ulysse's House (130 sqm) is part of the historic Le Logge di Silvignano, one of the most significant examples of Medieval architecture in the Spoleto region, built from the X to the XV Century. The beautifully restored steached stone, vaulted ceiling bar and entertainment room was once the village cobbler's workshop. The Ulysses Villa has an independent gate entrance into the property and also a direct path to the lush garden with more than 200 plants including lavender, rosemary, thyme, myrtle, abelia, cartegus, broom, pomegranate, and more than 50 different kind of roses. The Pool, especially large for a home of this size, is located in the most panoramic but reserved part of the garden, sunny from sunrise to sunset, equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, and areas in the shade. Access to the pool is only for registered guests. Full servicing is provided. The newly added jacuzzi may be reserved for use as well. Some of the furniture are antiques, some are made by local artisans. Bed linen and linen curtains are woven on the antique Montefalco looms, art ceramics are from Deruta and Torgiano.
