The neighborhood boasts indoor/outdoor pools, gym, dog park, play area, clubhouse, hiking trails, all within walking distance. This family friendly home offers 1 Sleep Number King bed, 1 queen bed, bunk beds for the kids, 2 car garage, fast wifi, and pet friendly back patio/yard with a water feature. Seek out YOUR adventure! The space This home is handicap accessible! (No steps) wide doorways, and handicap safety rails in both bathrooms. We cater to the entire family (Pack n Play provided) we're also including our canine companions at no additional charge. Please keep in mind Kanab is a town of 4000 people. We have limited services as far as repairs go, most situations require ordering parts. Please be patient, we take great pride in providing a comfortable, clean, and functioning get away for our guests. The Master suite is spacious with plenty of storage space at your disposal. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities, including a coffee/tea bar, cooking, glass, and bakeware. Basic cleaning supply is available. If anything additional is needed feel free to reach out at anytime. Our house manager is local and eager to assist. Guest access ENTIRE home, garage, and amenities. (COVID restrictions/closures possible for pool, hot tub, and gym) Private Fenced Patio/Backyard with propane BBQ and fire pit. Other things to note While we love to accommodate your fuzzy friends, please keep in mind they leave behind furry reminders months after their departure. Complaints to housekeeping will limit a pet friendly environment. A vacuum has been made accessible to all guests (and encouraged for long term guests) especially with pets.
