This beautifully remodeled downstairs bungalow style apartment is perfect for the weekend bass fisherman or just a couple trying to get away from the bright lights of the city. Just bring your fishing rod and reel and your tackle box and you're set for a great weekend. You do have a dock and beach to tie your boat up during your stay with a private boat ramp just 200 yards down the shoreline. Other things to note We are a pet friendly property but we do require a $50 per pet fee to be paid through AIRBNB prior to check in. Failure to let us know you will be bringing a pet (s) will result in a $200 fee and additional cleaning fees. We do charge a $50 linen fee. This fee is 100% refundable after check out. It will be your responsibility to request your linen fee refund after check out and you know that all linens are not damaged. If you damaged something please let us know and we can work with you on only paying for that one item. We do this because AIRBNB has an issue collecting for damages after guest have check out. We're sorry about this inconvenience.
