Possibility of long-term rental from October to March Open in 06/22, the house is adjoining and independent from ours located on the hamlet of St Etienne d 'Escattes in the countryside among the vineyards. You will be quiet, you will have a terrace and a private garden area with the possibility of cooling off in our pool (to be shared with the owners). The space More info about ESCATTOU The house of 32 m² on the ground floor overlooking the terrace and a private garden is equipped as follows: - 1 Bedroom - 1 living room - 1 full kitchen - 1 terrace 15m² with gazebo, table, 4 garden chairs and 2 sun loungers or sunbeds. - 1 bathroom with shower - Separate toilet - 1 private garden - 1 shared pool access - 1 parking space in front of the house. - Free TV and Wifi. - Linen (bed 160) provided - Toilet towels provided - Reversible air conditioner - .... many amenities (see list) CLEANING: to be done by you. Or CLEANING FEE 15€ (1/3 nights) or €30 long stays and €50 more than a month. Welcome Home More info about ESCATTOU Guest access Located on our property composed of several buildings: - Private and independent access to the accommodation. - Access to a private garden (terrace with arbor, sunbed, sun loungers, barbecue). - Shared access to the pool open from May to October depending on the weather. - Access to a garden shed to store your bikes, strollers, kite surfing, ... Other things to note We have 4 cats that roam freely in the garden and you will come across safely. Tourist documentation (flyers, IGN map, guides,) available. Childcare equipment: baby bed, highchairchair, bathtub, etc. Baby Sitter available on site if my daughters are present Places directly with them! (They're waiting for that!) Motorcyclists are welcome, possibility to return motorcycles to the garden and/or our garage.
