The home is available for rent to host reunions, showers, small parties, etc. The space There is 1 bedroom on the main level that is a twin with a twin trundle. Second level has 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, and 3 futons. The third level has a queen bed and 2 twin beds. 9 beds and 3 futons total. Other things to note Note, we do not charge a cleaning fee. Our base fee advertised is for up to 4 overnight guests. Additional overnight guests are an additional fee per person per night.
