Dining room table seats 8 and there are 5 additional bar stools at the kitchen island/ breakfast bar. The living room has a leather sofa, a love seat with ottoman and a twin over twin trundle bed. There is an electric fire place, streaming TV and WiFi that was updated March of 2024 and is much stronger now! Cell Phone Service is very spotty in this area. No refunds/cancellations for outages. Firepit (bring your own wood) and corn hole onsite to use as well! The master bedroom at the end of the hall has a king bed, flat screen TV and private full bathroom. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have a queen bed and a twin over full bunk bed (each room sleeps 5) There is a guest bathroom centrally located to the kitchen as well as the guest bedrooms. Washer and dryer are available for your convenience. There are 3 houses on this property that share the river access. Right next door to the Texas Star is the Wagon Wheel 3/2 that sleeps 14 and has river views. There is the Bluebonnet Cabin (does not have a river view) that sleeps 10. If you have a large party please inquire about the other 2 houses. NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING! Guests must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property for the duration of the stay. This home has a maximum occupancy of 14 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. You can park 5-6 vehicles at this property.
