House consists of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two large living spaces, a formal dining room, and a breakfast bar. The kitchen is spacious and outfitted for the home chef: a blender, instant pot, kitchen-aid stand mixer, hand mixer, high end pots and pans, quality knives, spices, oil, etc. Coffee lovers will appreciate the Keurig pot and k-cup combo, as well as the option for french press, and the electric milk frother to top off the perfect cup. A starter supply of coffee, cream, and sugar is waiting for you upon check-in. The pool and spa, grill, and covered patio are all an invitation to enjoy the outdoor area. *Unlike many rentals, our pool is heated at no extra cost to you! Be sure to pack your swimsuit! Pool towels and sunscreen are provided. There is also an iPad to control the spa at your convenience. Morning soak or evening relaxation? Up to you! We've stocked the home with a few toys and children's books to play with, and also provide child-friendly dishware. Our pool has a child safety gate surrounding it, and we have puddle jumpers available for the non-swimmers. The house is equipped with two exterior cameras and a Ring doorbell for security purposes. The exterior cameras only capture the driveway and one backyard entrance. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home, minus a couple locked closets where we keep supplies.
