The Villa is within walking distance of the Sea View fishing pier & restaurant. North Topsail Beach is a quiet family-oriented beach where the focus is the beach and sun. The beaches are never crowded even in the middle of the summer season and there is never heavy traffic. North Topsail Beach has breathtaking beaches, and you are sure to find treasure on the beach or in the quaint shops on Topsail Island. North Topsail Beach Town Park is a mile away and has tennis & basketball courts, a small playground, and a walking trail. Villa Capriani has a strict policy that only condo owners are allowed to bring pets.  Cancellation Policy: - Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking - After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee - After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee. Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines.
