The space The Chanceford Room features a massive King bed and a theme built around one of our founding fathers and the first president, George Washington. Featuring a fireplace with a heater/light, original wood floors, side table (that breakfast can be served at upon request) and an attached full bath. Guest access After a day out site seeing, relax by the fire in our formal Parlour, enjoy a cocktail, game of chess or just talking about the day. Our library is stocked with adult and children selections, as well as board games. Some of our guests have really enjoyed a game of Clue as the home enhances the experience. ​Outdoors, enjoy a game of Bocce, Croquet or Horseshoes on our one acre grounds surrounded by bamboo and stately trees. Converse with new or old friends in our Veranda sitting area, take a dip in our lap pool, lounge by the pool deck or just relax in the hammock enjoying the surrounding nature.
