The space A recently renovated private back dock is the primary attraction - you will be able to use it for crabbing with a crab trap we provide, fishing or throwing get togethers. Brand new kayaks and life jackets provided for a fun day outside on the waterfront. Gorgeous and newly renovated with the highest luxury and comfort bedding on the market. Room Features: The master bedroom has a king bed, dressers, nightstands, and a 55" TV, connected to FiOS with over 200 channels. It features an ensuite bathroom, and a fully stocked sunroom with coffee and tea. The sunroom leads to the upstairs deck in the backyard. The second and third bedrooms have two queen sized beds, a night stand, full closet, and desk. The one upstairs leads to the upstairs deck in the backyard. The fourth bedroom is a full bed with a pullout drawer style twin bed, furnished with a beanbag intended to entertain children. The upstairs and downstairs deck is great for entertaining guests and family. The backyard has a grill to use for summertime feasts and parties outside, and coal is provided. The living room features a 65" TV and is connected to FiOS with over 200 channels. Family board games are also provided for a fun vacation getaway. A beautiful marble kitchen fully stocked with condiments, pots/pans, glasses, bar stools, and complimentary coffee/coffeemaker and wine. Of course, WiFi connectivity is also provided. Guest access You will be able to access all of the property and the amenities that come with it, except for one storage closet and the out of commission elevator. Other things to note NATURAL WELL WATER: the water is serviced by natural well water on the private property. When running hot water, it is not uncommon to initially have a sulfuric smell which should dissipate after 5-10 minutes. The water treatment system in the house will treat it, so it is entirely safe to shower and wash stuff in. (We do provide a brita for filtered drinking water). If the smell persists, please reach out for us to get technicians to service the water. We ask that you take this into consideration BEFORE booking, and ask that this not negatively affect the review that you leave. NO PETS ALLOWED: The owner of the property is severely allergic to cats/dogs and anything with fur. Please be considerate of this. GUEST POLICY: You are required to list how many people you plan on having in the home when booking your stay. If the number changes from the initial booking, you can "request a change", and rates will be adjusted. If you do not request changes, any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be CHARGED A PENALTY of $50 per person per night. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy of 12 guests. EVENT INQUIRIES: We will evaluate special events (daily total guest count of 12+ people) on a case by case basis. Depending on the type of event, size of party, expected noise level, we are willing to host at the condition of a fully returned deposit (given no excessive damage/messiness/missing items) requested at the time of booking.
