Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: 1. All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with their parents. 2. Alcohol/Drinking is not allowed in the hot tub/sauna and absolutely no glass is allowed in the hot tub/sauna 3. The hot tub and sauna is for guests 25 and over only. Do not sit/stand on the Hot Tub Cover. Use the hot tub and sauna AT YOUR OWN RISK! 4. Absolutely NO SMOKING inside. 5. There are cameras in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras (including by disconnecting the Wi-Fi) you will be asked to leave the property immediately. This is for your protection! 6. The house is in the woods. You will likely see and hear critters. Keeping the windows and doors closed will help with this. 7.Bears are RARE! If you see a bear during your stay whether in the park or in the driveway do not feed it. Stay away from it. They are dangerous. 8. No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. 9. Absolutely no fires! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages 10. No late check-out or early check-in. If this should happen, we reserve the right to charge $50 per hour. 11. Please treat the home as your own - this is not a party house, and our housekeepers take time stamped pics before and after each reservation 12. Please remember to turn off the gas after using the barbecue grill. 13. Please be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 7AM 14. Please do not try to approach or pet the cows in the neighbor's yard or touch the fence as it is an electric fence. 15. Please note that we are available from 9AM to 10PM every day.
