The space This home is a 3B/1BA and equipped with a 50in TV/complimentary Netflix, HULU and Alexa Echo Dot, may not be available at all times due to unforeseen reasons. Full kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, pots, pans, blender, silverware, and cutlery. Some complimentary essentials are provided but limited to, Coffee, cooking oil, salt/pepper, Shampoo/Conditioner, toilet paper, hand liquid soap, and linens. No extra linens provided only what is there. There is a small work area in the 1st bedroom. One of the rooms has a DEADBOLT to a bathroom that is locked on both ends. It is for the AFrame guests to access from outside the common area. You may hear the guests when it is in use. All guests are asked to please be courteous of one another. Guest access Access to entire home 3bd 1b. Free ASSIGNED parking (2 car Max.) in front of the home NOT IN FRONT OF THE GARAGE. FREE BOAT (limit 1) Parking, Extra RV parking available for $50/night. Washer and Dryer available for small fee ($25/night) with 4+ night stays upon request 24HRS before check in and must be approved(Detergent included). There is also an ATTACHED shower room deadbolted on both sides NO ACCESS from to to the Main house. The Shower room is FOR A-FRAME GUESTS. The shower room can be rented (IF AVAILABLE)for large families who are staying 2+ nights for a small added nightly fee($50/night). Self Check in with Keypad or Lockbox. Black Bears do visit 3R please be aware. Rattlesnakes are also out in spring/summer time please take precautions. The home has a *SHARED BACKYARD* with A-Frame GUESTS. THE AFRAME SHOWER Is ATTACHED TO THE MAIN HOUSE BUT DEADBOLTED ON BOTH SIDES THEREFORE GUESTS BOTH HAVE THEIR OWN PRIVACY. Main house guests may hear the AFrame guests when using the shower room. No EXTRA LINENS/TOWELS are provided. If Extra linens/towels are needed or requested it will be a small ($25) fee.
