The space What you can expect when you stay in our cabin: MASTER SUITE – Room #1: King bed with tempur-pedic mattress with cotton sheets, sitting area with 2 comfortable chairs, and 43”inch flat screen TV with Roku stick, dressers, workstation, walk-in closet with hangers and iron board, and a large full en-suite bathroom with a shower and jacuzzi, complete with bath towels, hair towel wrap, and makeup removal towels. Upper Level. ** KING BED – Room #2: King bed, incredibly comfortable DreamCloud Premier mattress with cotton sheets, closet with hangers, tower fan with remote, and blackout curtains. Also 15-20 minutes from great breweries/main street in Catskill, hiking at Kaaterskill Falls or North-South Lake, Warren Street in Hudson, and great restaurants and shops in Woodstock. So much to do! Windham and Hunter Ski Resorts are less than 16 miles away (about a 20- minute drive); George Washington Bridge is a lovely 120 mile-drive away; Kaaterskill Falls -15 minutes; Catskill Downtown and Bailiwick Animal Park and Riding Stables are 10 mins away; and the famous Story Farms and the Rip Van Winkle Brewery are right around the corner. Other things to note ** CAMERAS: In an effort to maintain secure premises, the cabin is equipped with 2 exterior cameras (one by the garage facing the driveway, and the other on the door facing the road). There are no cameras in the interior of the cabin, and no cameras facing the hot tub. ** PETS are welcome! Bringing your pet means you agree to the following: PET RULES: 1. Absolutely no dogs on any furniture. 2. The dog MUST be crated when/if left alone. 3. Pets MUST be up-to-date with their vaccinations and flea vaccinations. 3. Clean up 100% after your pet both inside the cabin (hair) and outside. This is not part of the cleaning service. 4. Any and all damage caused by your dog will be billed to and paid for by you. ** CRITTERS: Wooded areas are homes to critters such as, but not limited to, deer, bear, squirrels, rodents, spiders, ants, and insects. We are contracted with a pest control company with scheduled treatments. However, we cannot guarantee that any such critters will not be visible in or around the cabin. The presence of such critters does not entitle guests to a refund. ** WINTER MONTHS: While we will plow snow to ensure safe access to the cabin, guests are responsible for shoveling snow from the deck to access their vehicles in the winter months. A shovel and salt is provided.
