Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, or other rowdy gatherings. Additional sleeping space: Pull-out sofa couch in living room  (full size bed) Kitchen Amenities: The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, blender and a toaster. Coffee bar includes a traditional drip coffee maker, a Keurig, a French Press, frother, coffee syrup flavors and a coffee bean grinder. Dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, baking sheets, kitchen towels, hot pads, wine glasses, tea kettle, BBQ grill utensils, crock pot, children's silverware and baking sheets are also at the property. An additional full size fridge is provided in the garage. Bathrooms: Bathroom #1 (main level): Full bathroom w/ a soaking tub, walk-in shower, double vanity, and hair dryer. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. · We also supply one each of travel size shampoo, conditioner and bodywash per full bathroom. · Due to health and safety guidelines made by the health department, all pantry items must be removed between guests.
