The large and small piers have two slips for your use along with two kayaks, several rafts, three fishing poles, a lake hammock, and lily pad. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating options and is well-stocked with board and card games for those rare rainy days. The space Four bedrooms include the master’s king bed with lake views, the guest’s queen bed and full floor mattress, the other guest’s two twin beds, and the multipurpose room with two queen size air mattresses and a full-size floor mattress. The multipurpose room provides more flexibility for families with children or for larger groups. The house has a large kitchen and living area that makes gathering easy. It is well apportioned with both modern furniture and art. You will enjoy touring each room to view the unique art. The large deck with swing, the patio with loveseat, sofa and hammock, or the pier with two chaise lounges, provide plenty of space to be together as a group or to find privacy if desired. Enjoy the view of the protected wetlands and the sounds of the birds they attract. Hear the sounds of the frogs singing and the carp flipping in the water at night. Watch the turtles sunning themselves on the lake wall. Grill steaks on the gas grill while watching the wooden boat parade circling the lake on Sundays at 11 am. Fish from the pier in the summer or ice fish in the bay in the winter. All of this and more will keep you coming back year-over-year. Guest access You have access to the entire property, which extends from the fence to the smaller pier. Other things to note Please do not move the furniture in the living room. No more than 8 guests, and no additional overnight guests from the number reserved. No pets allowed. No events or large parties both inside or outside the house. Doors, including both garage doors and sliding glass door must be locked when you leave the house.
