I pride myself on client care. The Botanical Loft was the first, and now the City Treehouse is the second, of a series of October Moon Stays. Other things to note It is important to note, this space is not meant for parties. It is a wonderful place for those that are registered as a guest/staying in the loft to enjoy each other. Outside of that additional visitors need to be approved ahead of time. This is a firm rule, if not followed, can result in cancellation without refund. The space has been curated for adults. It is not outfitted and does not have child appropriate safety features for infants and/or children. Children under the age of 12 need prior approval. This is a firm rule. You must be 21 years or older to rent. A confirmation of picture identification must be received. Animals are allowed, with approval, at the time of booking. There is a $200 pet fee. Reminder *This is a second and third story lofts that requires you walking up stairs. *The city can present an orchestra of sounds that I can’t control. It’s part of being in a city. There is ear plugs and bedroom sound machines provided.
