We have a selection of board games and puzzles including kids’ games. Our beach is rocky and can be sharp, so bring water shoes. Our newly renovated full kitchen offers all the essentials for cooking. We have indoor and outdoor dining spaces to seat 4-6. Guest access You will have access to the full house and a yard with waterfront views, and a private fenced-in beach directly across the street. Other things to note Laundry is available on request. The parking and driveway is shared with the property next door. There may be vehicles coming and going during your stay. Quiet hours start at 10PM, and after 12AM (midnight) gathering in outdoor areas and use of outdoor amenities (beach, yard, hot tub, firepit) is prohibited. Shellfish/oyster harvesting is not permitted on this property. The area is subject to occasional power outages (which may impact well/water operation) and burn bans. We do not offer compensation for regional burn bans or road closures. We offer compensation for daytime power outages over 90 minutes.
