There is also secure under cover basement car parking for two vehicles. Please also note that we are situated in a tropical region and have rain forest close by, as such occasionally throughout the wet season or extended periods of "dry" we experience an influx of ants throughout the region. Whilst the apartments have a yearly pest control carried out it is very difficult to stop the ants during these times. All due care is taken to lessen the likelihood of the ants but if you suffer from ant allergies please be aware they "may" be present
