Large fenced in yard! Propane grill and outdoor fire pit! Short golf cart drive to beach! The space The Shipwreck is a little piece of paradise located in Jamaica Beach, just 1/4 mile to the beach! This house is great for family gatherings. Plenty of room for everyone! The 2nd floor (main house) has a living room - with a 65" smart TV, and plenty of comfy seating - a full kitchen with breakfast bar, a dining room and a washer and dryer. Also 1 full bath and 1 half bath are available for use on this main floor. On this floor you will also find the master bedroom with a private entrance to the deck and overlooking the pool. The next room on this floor is a bunk room that sleeps 4-5 Through this room, you reach: The 3rd floor which has 2 private bedrooms, a full bath and shower and a tanning bed. (please note: this floor does not have central heat and air - only window AC units) The ground level is a large game room with a foosball table, 2 more sitting areas - one with a Roku TV, another full bath and a mini kitchen. The house has a tropical backyard setting with a large yard, above ground saltwater pool - with decking all around for lounging out in the sun! There also a hot tub, propane grill, poolside wet bar, and outdoor bathroom with a shower. This property is in a quiet neighborhood that is about 15 minutes away from the main traffic and crowds that is Galveston....a golf cart ride away from the beach and 2 convenience stores...very short drive to a small grocery store and popular seafood restaurant! Yet a quick and enjoyable drive back into town to enjoy all the fun Galveston has to offer! Please note the front yard houses a large catamaran. It belongs to the homeowner and will likely be there during your stay. It does not block the driveway at all!! **The backyard, house, and beach are the best places to hang out anyway!! :) Guest access Entire home Other things to note This is a no pets, allowed property! If you must bring a pet with you on vacation, we ask that you please book one of the many pet friendly rentals on the island! (some exceptions apply but must’ve been previously discussed with manager) No parties or events allowed! No more than 12 people are allowed to be on the property at any time during your stay! (this rule will be strictly enforced!) Surveillance device disclosure: we have a ring doorbell camera that records front porch activity. There are no devices inside of the home or in the backyard.
